Job Function

Recommends & implements strategic plans & initiatives to advertise, develop and maximise income of ancillary merchandise and Air Arabia loyalty program via completely different channels throughout the whole community. Manages the day–to–day ancillary & Loyalty Program actions making certain productiveness is in keeping with set measures and firm’s adopted insurance policies and procedures.

Key Consequence Duties

  2.   3. Manages day-to day loyalty program actions together with member acquisition, member engagement, monetary efficiency, program advantages and member communication.  Accountable for the day-to-day operations and the relationships with companions and stakeholders.
  4. Companions with cross-functional stakeholders comparable to Advertising & CC, E-commerce, Gross sales, Floor Operations and Contact Heart to develop and implement initiatives and campaigns which can be data-driven and segment-focused to generate incremental ancillary income in addition to improve and drive members’ behaviour and engagement within the loyalty program.
  5. Develops processes and evaluation instruments to watch the efficiency of merchandise, channels, routes, and stations and generate stories to maintain monitor of take-up charges and revenues, member acquisition, incomes, redemptions, and many others. Identifies gaps in efficiency and recommends new alternatives for development and income maximization.

  1. {Qualifications} (Tutorial, coaching, languages)

  • Bachelor diploma in Commerce/ Enterprise Administration or Administration or/and equal.
  • Able to utilizing know-how methods and instruments; proficient in Microsoft Workplace; superior abilities in excel, (Microsoft Entry a plus).
  • Fluent in English Language.

Work Expertise

  • 7+ years’ expertise in ancillary income and frequent flyer applications in main airline business 3 of which in a managerial function; expertise with low price airline is a plus.
  • Confirmed report of rising revenues via innovation and implementation of main initiatives.
  • Functionality in creating methods, insurance policies and procedures in addition to drafting agreements and contracts.
  • Will need to have a superb expertise managing all elements of the methods used to package deal and promote ancillary merchandise to each B2C and B2B prospects.
